A non - refundable
deposit of USD 25 per person ( or amount as advised ) is required
to secure a booking. If booking is made with in 8 weeks of
departure, then full payment required. Payment of a deposit
will indicate an acceptance of booking conditions by the passenger.
Note that travel agents do not receive such monies as agents
for HOTELINE. Final payment
is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Please note that a
minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all bookings.
Amendments and cancellations.
HOTELINE
will make every effort to assist clients wishing to alter
their arrangements but reserve the right to impose an
amendment charge of $ 50 per file in the event of the
client wishing to change a booking previously confirmed
up to 8 weeks before departure, together with communication
charges or other expenses incurred by HOTELINE
These charges will be payable whether or not HOTELINE
is successful in confirming the amended reservation.Amendments
made by the client within 8 weeks of departure will be
treated as cancellation and rebookings. The normal cancellation
charges detailed below will then apply.
Cancellations by
the client : Any cancellation by the client must be advised
to HOTELINE in writing and
sent at once and will come into effect on the day it is
received. Recorded delivery postage is strongly recommended.

by the client, depending upon the number of days prior to
departure date when HOTELINE
receives notice of cancellation.

In addition to these charges, some local
agents, hoteliers and cruise operators apply individual
cancellation charges. Any further charges applied by the
principal(s) may be applicable to your booking.
Amendments
or cancellation by HOTELINE
: If the client does not pay the balance of the holiday
price due by 8 weeks before departure date, HOTELINE
reserve the right to treat
the booking as cancelled and to levy cancellation charges.
HOTELINE
will not normally materially modify or cancel any holiday
within 8 weeks of departure, except in circumstances outside
their control, in the event of war or threat of war, political
unrest, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activities
(threatened of actual), strikes, airport closure, technical
problems with aircraft, alternation or cancellation of
scheduled air services, or other circumstances amounting
to forcemajeure. HOTELINE
will then use its best endeavors to offer the client an
alternative holiday of a comparable standard, or make
a full and prompt refund of all monies paid by the client.
In the rare event of material alteration becoming necessary
within 8 weeks of departure date for reason other than
the forcemajeure circumstances described above, HOTELINE
will offer, whenever posble, comparable arrangements or
a full refund of all monies received by HOTELINE
from the client. Every effort will be made to operate
all holidays a illustrated in the brochure but in circumstances
such as an hotel or cruise not being available, alternative
similar accommodation will be substituted. No refunds
can be made in respect of accommodation and meals not
being utilized and under no circumstances can refunds
be made for tours and sightseeing excursions not undertaken.
HOTELINE - Price Policy.
All prices in this brochure are based
upon costs as at................ The Price of your holiday
is regrettably subject to the possibility of surcharges
which may occur in connection with the following: governmental
action, currency exchange rates, increases in suppliers'
prices (scheduled air fares, hotel and ground transportation
charges, game park entrance fees. Etc).
Should any final surcharge raise by
10% or more the total price of your holiday, you may cancel
your booking within 14 days of the date of the issue of
your final invoice and obtain a full refund of all payment
made to us, except for holiday insurance and any amendment
charges previously incurred. Cancellation advice is deemed
to become effective this. Cancellation should always be
notified in writing.
Not Included
International airfare
departure taxes, passport/visa costs, holiday insurance personal
expenditure including drinks, laundry, room services, meals
other than those included in the tour price and tax payable
on these, gratuities.
Clients are strongly recommended to protect
themselves against loss of deposit, cancellation charges,
medical expenses or loss of personal possessions.
Responsibility of HOTELINE
Hoteline
or its associated companies or agents give notice that they
act as booking agent only for the persons or companies providing
or offering the means of travel conveyance, transport, accommodation
or other service and all receipts, tickets, vouchers, coupon
or exchange orders are issued subject to the terms and conditions
under which transportation and other services are provided.
Certain laws imply terms, conditions and warranties ("Terms")
into agreements for the provision of services and prohibit
the exclusion, restriction or modification of such Terms or
limit the liability of the supplier of the services for a
breach thereof. Subject to Terms, HOTELINE
shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident,
delay or irregularity that may be caused to any personal or
property however caused or arising, during any tour under
its management, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise notwithstanding
that HOTELINE's principal may
be a foreign company, corporation or person.
HOTELINE applies
all reasonable checks to ensure those involved in the preparation
and provision of your holiday maintain the appropriate standards.
The descriptions, information and opinions
given in this brochure in respect of the airlines, hotels
and other suppliers whose services are used are given available
at the time of going to press.
In exceptional circumstances local factors
(weather conditions, technical failures, etc) may limit hotel
or other facilities illustrated. HOTELINE
cannot be held responsible for such limitation or withdrawal
of facilities.
Where HOTELINE
has described hotel as First Class Deluxe (for example), these
are not necessarily official gradings, but HOTELINE's
own assessment, based upon our own impression, general opinion
and what is available locally. Neither HOTELINE nor any person
or supplier assisting or collaborating with it shall be liable
for death or personal injury unless directly resulting from
the negligence of HOTELINE or its servants in its contractual
for the client.
Responsibilities of the Client
Any passports, visas, health certificates
or other travel documentation required for the holiday
must be obtained by the client, whose responsibility it
remains to ensure that these are in order and to meet
any additional costs incurred (whether by the behalf)
as a result of failure to company with such requirements.
No credit or refund is possible for
any unused services included in the basic holiday price
- or for any lost, mislaid or destroyed travel documents.
Arbitration
The contract and these
conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of
India. Should the unlikely situation arise that you have a
complaint about any aspect of HOTELINE's
arrangements, the complaint should be reported immediately
to our local representative (where possible), or to the management
of the hotel or supplier whose services are involved, in order
that we may be given the opportunity to correct the matter
during your holiday. HOTELINE
is unable to consider any complaints in respect of holiday
arrangements unless full details are received in writing at
HOTELINE's office.
Tour Costs
Each holiday tour represents
a complete "package" and as such, an itemized breakdown
of component costs will not be given.
Tour Cancellation
HOTELINE reserves
the right to cancel scheduled tour departure at any time.
